I have added several features to the right sidebar, namely: “Essays by D.H. Lawrence” and “Blog Talk Radio”. Blog Talk Radio is a fairly new phenomenon, but it is great for those who, like me, are addicted to news. The two ‘hosts’ I link to are Shaun OMac and Ed Morrissey. Shaun is Center, Ed - of course - conservative, but both thoughtful, reasonable and, quite simply, great listening to.

So - check those two Blog Talk Radio shows out.

The Netherlands has a new think tank; the “Haags Centrum voor Strategische Studies” (the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies). Rob de Wijk, well known by most politically engaged Dutchmen is co-founder. He appeared frequently on television the last couple of years to comment on the wars in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq. De Wijk doesn’t make a secret out of the ambition of the Center: “We want to become the think tank in the Netherlands.” He added: “which isn’t that difficult to achieve since there are no others.”
