Congratulations
As Claudia posted earlier today, Barack Obama will clinch the Democratic nomination later today. He has, as I understand it, the delegates he needs (2118). Although Obama was not the candidate I preferred for the nomination of this party, I would like to take the time to congratulate him, his team and, of course, his many supporters.
It was one of the most aggressive, passionate, difficult and historic races for the Democratic nomination, and Obama finally pulled it off. That’s quite something for anyone, but especially for a junior Senator who was had little to no national support only a year ago. He had a long way to go, but he did what he had to do. He used his talents, he inspired - and continues to inspire - millions of Americans and he was able to convince many, many people that he is the right person for the job (the presidency).
He has proven himself to be streetfighter, a fantastic campaigner, a highly talented politician and speaker, and an inspiring leader.
Congratulations to him and to those who support him.

Wow, I don’t think I’ve EVER seen you praise Obama that much in a single sitting. Or even half, or one quarter so much! I’m very impressed, very gracious.
Here’s hoping the entire Democratic party, BOTH sides included, can take a big deep breath and do what you just did.
Given the fact that you’ve attacked Obama’s positions without bothering to actually take the time to refute them, refused to engage in debates regarding Obama’s positions, cursed at and berated Obama, and relished at the chance to attack an Obama supporter on your podcast you congratulations seem exceeedingly empty..
Addendum:
When it comes to Obama you chosen the path of Bill O’Reilly over the path of William F. Buckley.
Nuff said.
