The work hard and play by the rules lady apparently doesn't think the rules apply to her.  Rules like paying your bills are generally enforced by the police.  If you doubt me, just *try* not paying for goods and services and see how long before someone is forcing collection.  This strikes me as a good reason to be concerned about the way the government would manage its budget under a second Clinton administration. </description>
