UPDATED below

Please join us today for another PoliGazette Radio show at Blog Talk Radio. I say “we” because we’ll have two hosts from now onwards: Jason and myself. O, we’ll also do two shows a week.

The show starts at 1PM ET. That’s 7PM Dutch time. You can click on the link above or you can click on the little blue player in the right sidebar at 1PM so you can listen live. If you want to participate in the chat you’ll have to click on the link.

Our guests tonight / today:

- Kevin Sullivan of RealClearPolitics and the person with a subblog at PoliGazette (to be launched later today!)

- Dustinof PoliGazette (co-blogger and site manager)

- In the second half we’ll be joined by Pamela Leavey of The Democratic Daily

Listen to the show (live) and join us in the chat! If you’ve got any questions please call in: (646) 200-0656

UPDATE: after a horrible start the show got going and I think that the end result was pretty OK. Pamela Leavey did great, as did Kevin and Dustin. As usual, I pulled the level of the conversation a bit down, but y’all just have to live with that.

Seriously: the first 13 minutes of the show were spent in silence. Silence you ask? Why yes. The other people didn’t call in. So, I thought, well, I’ll just have to talk by myself. Transforming myself into a Dutch Limbaugh I talked… and talked… and talked. On and on I went. Until my girlfriend told me on MSN that she didn’t hear anything. What? I thought. So, I checked the site out, no, people should hear me. Then I looked at my microphone: I had (accidentally) switched it off.

I had talked to myself for 13 minutes.

Ah well, we live and learn I guess.

Then I saw that Dustin had called in and was waiting on the line, so I quickly switched the mic on and we started talking.

Shortly after Dustin Kevin called in and we started talking about the site and politics. 10 minutes later we were joined by Pamela Leavey. She’s a great speaker and had many interesting things to say. I hope that she’ll join us again soon.

You can listen to the show by clicking on the little player in the right sidebar.

Putting up one of those cute little link-thingys would help, Michael ;)

I found my way there, but still, I had to search the blog and that really goes against the whole lazy Spaniard stereotype… lol

    You are henceforth "Dutch Limbaugh."

I thought the show went well, and yes, Pamela was great.
