The PoliGazette crew wishes you and yours a very happy, healthy and successful new year!

We wanted to take the time to wish all of you a very happy, healthy and successful new year! When you look back at 2007, we hope that it stands out in your memory as one of the best years you’ve had. When, however, you look back one year from now on 2008, we hope that 08 will top 07.
Politically, 2008 will be a great, fascinating and exiting year. The race for the president promises to be quite close, especially if the Republicans nominate someone like, say, John McCain. Not only that, no, the races for the nomination of both parties promises to be more exiting, and closer, than ever before.
Personally, we hope that 2008 will be a stable - and less chaotic - year than it’ll be politically. We hope that you’ll be able to spend as much quality time with your family members as possible, because - in the end - that’s what truly matters. We also hope that those who are religious will develop their faith in the coming year and deepen it. Those who are non-religious: we hope that you will become Christians, dirty heathens!
No, just kidding of course: we hope that you will find fulfillment in your life and that 2008 will be filled with joy.
Lastly, we’re sure that many newspaper will look back at 2007, but we’d encourage you to check out the issue of the day at The Issue. The crew there has selected “4 developments for which 2007 will be remembered.” If you want to know what those four developments are, check out the issue and weigh in.
Sincerely,
The PoliGazette Crew
