A few more thoughts on McCain now, (back to the post), McCain, I believe, does have our country's best interest at heart, I simply disagree with him on too many issues and I see others from the conservative blogs and Republican party do also, to be able to win a presidential election. What I DO appreciate about McCain is that he doesn't walk in lockstep with his party and can think on his own, BUT, his thinking is erratic at best and I believe some of his well intended beliefs are dangerous to America as a whole, even though I believe strongly that he doesn't think they are dangerous. So, as much as I like him, I cannot back his policies. We are a nation at war, we didn't start it, but if we do not win it, I think we will see major attacks on our soil again.
