May 8, 2007 @ 1:18 pm CESTHave you seen the story about the terrorist cell infiltrated in NJ?

Apparently the tip off was that these guys made a video of their training and rants against the US, then went to a retail store to have copies made on DVD.
Is there a Darwin award for jihadists?

May 8, 2007 @ 1:32 pm CESTI knew Michael wasn’t around much when I posted that comment on Holland being smaller than the Illinois corn fields and he didn’t respond.

May 8, 2007 @ 1:33 pm CESTLOL, well, Alan, maybe he’s just not obsessed with size.

May 8, 2007 @ 2:20 pm CESTPerhaps.
While we’re on the subject, perhaps it should be noted that Merrye Olde Englande has 1/4th the population of the US and 1/38th the land area, meaning it also has a quite high population density.
In a related note, given it’s small size relative to the US, you’re actually more likely to experience a tornado in England (the most tornado-prone European country) than in the US, which has far more of them but far more land as well.
Just some interesting facts.

May 8, 2007 @ 9:38 pm CESTNo need to lack confidence—the corn field of Illinois are very big (which I can personally verify) and there’s no need for any country to feel inferior for being smaller than them.
Now wearing wooden shoes, that’s what I’d be uncomfortable about…;)
